Thanks for coming by from the Book Blogger Hop, sponsored by Crazy-for-Books. I may already have met some of you on my other Modern Library blog, 100 Books, 100 Journeys. I’ve decided to delve into non-fiction books, something I really enjoy, because there’s nothing better than reading AND learning something!
This week’s question asks us about a book that changed our life. About thirteen years ago, I read a fantastic book by Marianne Williamson called A Return to Love: Reflections on the Principles of “A Course in Miracles“. A friend of mine gave me the book in my twenties, during a time when I was trying desperately to figure out my place in the world and what I was going to do with my life. This book truly saved me, at a time when I was angry and frustrated and afraid, and made me feel so much better. If you’ve never read it, you should.
I would love any and all nonfiction book recommendations any of you have out there to add to my TBR list. Thanks for coming by!
